Why only two countries right now?
We are launching in two markets first so we can keep delivery support, tracking expectations and checkout policies consistent. We will expand only after we have verified the real cost and delivery experience for each additional destination.
Delivery times
Delivery timing depends on destination, fulfillment route and carrier. We do not copy another retailer's delivery promise onto Fiber.Hair orders. Your shipment confirmation will contain the best available tracking information for your order.
International expansion
The United Kingdom, European Union, Australia and New Zealand are the first markets we plan to evaluate after Canada and the U.S. We will only activate a destination after its real delivery cost, tax treatment and tracking experience are verified.
Taxes, duties and import charges
Taxes may apply depending on destination and checkout configuration. If we expand beyond our launch markets, the customer-facing checkout and policy will be updated before those destinations are enabled.
